Live listings across every Australian capital city, plus Townsville and North Queensland are owner cars. Empty is correct until someone publishes. If you list, you take the enquiry.

School formal, graduation, university
Same region, different clocks. Price the job you are willing to do that night.
School formals
Queensland school formals usually mean a tight arrival window, photos, and a later return. Multiple suburb pickups take time. Price the plan you will actually run, including waiting at the venue if you offer it.
Graduation dinners
Year 12 and awards nights compete for the same cars on the same Fridays. You set availability. A listing can say the night is booked without this site managing a calendar for you.
University graduation
Ceremony days are often daytime, with family groups and campus or hotel pickups. The run is different from a school formal. Say so on the listing if you only want one of those jobs.

Crown, river, and school-formal Fridays stack. Cup week is a different market. Say which night you will actually take.
Brisbane
CBD hotels and south-east schools share the same nights. Story Bridge photos are extra time if you offer them.
Perth
River and coastal hotels are the usual pattern. A Swan Valley add-on is a different clock.
Adelaide
North Terrace and Glenelg nights are local. Hills venues are not a city quote.
Hobart
Waterfront and Sandy Bay pickups are short until weather or a mountain lookout is added.
Darwin
Dry-season outdoor formals are the peak. Wet-season storms can move a photo plan inside.
Canberra
Civic and hotel ballrooms are typical. Sitting weeks fill the same cars used for formals.
Townsville
CBD hotels, The Strand, The Ville, and Civic Theatre nights are typical. Confirm the photo plan with the hirer before you lock a figure.
Cairns
Esplanade arrivals, the convention precinct, and northern beaches pickups change the clock. Palm Cove is only in scope if you say it is.
Airlie Beach
Resort functions and Cannonvale pickups are the usual pattern. Group pickups are your offer, not a platform service.
Port Douglas
Resort and Macrossan Street nights dominate. A Cairns Airport guest run is a separate job if you take it.
