How to handle a hire enquiry
When someone enquires on your listing, the message goes to the email you entered on List your car. That address is not shown on the public listing. This site does not quote for you and does not take payment for the hire.
Cars are listed by independent owners. Luxury Car Hires is not the hire operator and does not take payment for the hire.
Where it goes
The enquiry lands in your inbox
Luxury Car Hires forwards the message to the contact email on that listing. It does not quote, take a booking, or take payment for the hire.
Reply to the hirer. The public listing does not show your email. The enquiry form is how they reach you.

The $6.99/month listing fee is separate. Stripe is for the listing subscription. Hire payment is not taken here.
Say how you want to be paid, and when. Include the rate you published, or a figure that still matches hire rates you will honour. Confirm chauffeur or self-drive in the same reply so it matches what you listed.
If you cannot do the job, say so. This marketplace will not send a substitute car. Empty location pages stay empty until an owner lists.
