How to photograph a luxury car for the listing
The listing form takes 1 to 6 photos. JPEG, PNG, or WebP. 4 MB each. Photograph the car you will hire. Clear photos help a hirer decide whether to email you. They do not guarantee a booking.
Cars are listed by independent owners. Luxury Car Hires is not the hire operator and does not take payment for the hire.
Form limits
1 to 6 files, then stop
Luxury Car Hires does not host extra galleries. What you upload on List your car is what hirers see.
JPEG, PNG, or WebP. 4 MB each. If a file is larger, shrink it before you upload. More than 6 photos will be rejected.

Before you shoot
Daylight, and a clean car
Park in even daylight. Wash the car. Wet paint, leaf litter, and a dusty sill read as neglect.
Avoid night, underground car parks, and mixed indoor lighting. Shoot the actual car in the condition you will hire it.
Angles
Three-quarter front, interior, seats
If you have room in the six, add a clean side or a rear three-quarter. Do not fill the slots with badge close-ups.
Three-quarter front
The usual first photo. Whole car in frame, standing on its wheels, not a cropped badge or a detail of the grille.
Interior
Dashboard and cabin as a hirer will sit in it. Lights on if the cabin is dark. Do not hide wear with a filter.
Seats
Show how many people actually fit and the condition of the leather or cloth.
Leave it out
No dealer-lot clutter
This is not a stock studio brief. It is the car a hirer will see when they arrive.
Honesty
Shoot the listed car
If a panel is marked, do not crop it out and hope. Hirers still deal with you after they enquire. A mismatch between the photos and the car wastes both calendars.
Owners
More owner guides
Getting started, photos, enquiries, pricing, formals, and hire type. Each guide is for owners listing a car, not a company fleet.
